April 1st marked the grand opening of the newest park in Cherokee County, Patriots Park in Acworth!

Freedom Field, home of the North Metro Miracle League – Cherokee teams, was finally seen by all of our players and their families.

League Commissioner, Robert Strozier, took to the field to welcome families and also to be honored by State Representatives Scot Turner and Michael Caldwell for the work he has done to help facilitate the building of Freedom Field but also for the work he has done on behalf of the families of the many players and their families that participate in North Metro Miracle League – Cherokee.

We look forward to many more years, many new players and buddies and many new friends being able to enjoy this wonderful new field!
